Scope

This Data Processing Agreement applies when Hourglass processes personal data on behalf of a customer in connection with the service.

Processing Instructions

Hourglass will process personal data only as instructed by the customer, including through use of the service, this agreement, and applicable order forms.

Security Measures

Hourglass maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

Subprocessors

Hourglass may use subprocessors to provide hosting, infrastructure, communications, payments, analytics, and support services. Hourglass remains responsible for subprocessors as required by applicable law.

Schedule A - Details of Processing

The subject matter is the provision of Hourglass. The duration is the term of the customer's subscription. Categories of data may include account, contact, billing, project, client, work-log, and usage data.
