Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Hourglass. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and ensuring that your authorized users comply with these terms. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

Subscription, Fees, and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected by your organization. Fees are due as stated at checkout or in the applicable order form. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew until canceled.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to Hourglass. We process customer data to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if use of the service violates these terms, creates security risk, or is unlawful.
